Positions Available:
- Agency Nurses(Registered Nurses with experience in elderly care, chronic conditions, end-of-life care, and medication management)
- Care Staff(Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to assist with daily activities, mobility, and general care)
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Nurses:
o Provide clinical care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of chronic conditions.
o Work closely with care teams to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of residents.
o Support end-of-life care when required, offering comfort and support to residents and families.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Care Staff:
o Assist residents with daily activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and mobility.
o Support residents with personal care in a respectful and compassionate manner.
o Ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for all residents.
o Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of each resident.
